Why WCI was created
WCI grew out of hands-on experience in residential program operations. That work made a pattern clear: a person can have somewhere to stay and still face the barriers that decide whether stability lasts.
Those barriers rarely arrive one at a time, and they sit across systems that are hard to navigate alone. WCI was built around the idea that community integration requires coordinated support around the whole person, so people can move beyond temporary stabilization toward sustainable community living, greater independence, and long-term stability.

Warren Community Integration LLC was established in 2026 and is completing organizational and contracting readiness. No program is operating yet: programs activate with the applicable contracting, funding, property approval, staffing, insurance, and regulatory requirements in place.
