Property and facility relationships

WCI is exploring property and facility relationships in Los Angeles County for supportive and transitional housing programs, and welcomes conversations with owners, operators, and brokers.

Initial interest

Properties capable of supporting approximately 20–40 beds. Actual capacity follows the applicable contract or Work Order, funding, program requirements, property configuration, occupancy and licensing requirements, and staffing.

Rent levels and lease terms follow the requirements and funding of the applicable program, so WCI does not publish fixed figures at this stage.

Primary focus: Los Angeles County.

  • Apartment buildings
  • Multifamily properties
  • Residential motel configurations
  • Residential facilities
  • Other properties appropriate for supportive or transitional housing

Possible relationships
