Armond Willingham, MAOL

Armond Willingham brings more than a decade of transportation experience and two decades of business leadership to Warren Community Integration. His background combines transportation coordination, workforce supervision, operational planning, and entrepreneurship, providing a strong foundation for managing transportation services that support community-based programs.

Over the past 11 years, Willingham has developed extensive experience in passenger transportation, routing, driver coordination, and service delivery through work involving transportation platforms and partnerships, including HopSkipDrive and Uber. His understanding of driver management, supervisory coordination, scheduling, and transportation logistics contributes to the development of dependable and efficient service operations.

Willingham holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. His graduate education complements his practical experience in organizational management, strategic decision-making, team development, and operational leadership.

His professional background also includes 20 years of entrepreneurship and business management, overseeing creative professionals, managing commercial facilities, coordinating complex schedules, and directing multidisciplinary teams. These experiences have strengthened his ability to manage personnel, allocate resources, maintain business relationships, and oversee daily operations.

As Director of Transportation & Logistics, Willingham directs WCI’s transportation infrastructure, coordinates transportation partnerships, manages driver procedures, and designs scheduling and routing systems that support reliable access to essential services. His leadership aligns transportation operations with residential and community-based service needs while strengthening capacity for additional funded initiatives.
