Spending the majority of her career in juvenile probation, Warren-Waller developed firsthand knowledge of the challenges facing justice-involved youth and their families. Her professional experience provided insight into juvenile justice procedures, institutional accountability, and the importance of connecting individuals with the guidance, structure, and resources necessary to pursue more stable futures.
