Under Warren’s leadership, WCI delivers housing-stability, justice-system reentry, coordinated supportive services, and community-integration support. His long-term vision is to grow a financially sustainable, institutionally respected enterprise capable of expanding access to essential services while maintaining rigorous standards of governance, operational performance, and public accountability.
